Returns & Exchanges
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL!* NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. Due to the nature of our product all sales are final. You must agree to all terms when purchasing. Please ensure measurements are taken properly because we will not issue a refund due to improper measurements. If you have any questions, concerns or need help with your measurements, please look under the tab labeled measurements on the webpage, or contact us at: (simply.wiggin.it@gmail.com) or book a consultation.
- All risk of loss or damages to the product in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises. We (Simply wiggin’ it) are not liable for any errors may by the third-party couriers.
- If your order states delivered or signed for, we are not liable.
- Please note that Simply wiggin’ it does not offer refunds or exchanges if you feel the color does not suit you, if you select the wrong cap size, or if you do not know how to maintain the look.
- All sale/discounted items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
- If there is a mistake or manufactures defect, we will take steps to have the issue rectified or replaced the item after you notify us immediately after receiving item within 24 hours via email at (simply.wiggin.it@gmail.com)
- The unit must be in original condition, unworn, uncut, or altered in anyway. We cannot accept returned units that have had the lace cut or have been worn. Please take good care when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace. A photograph detailing the unit in its original condition with the lace will be required before a return is permitted, failure to comply with this will result in the unit being returned to you.
- Refund and exchanges (only if item is Faulty) will be issued a refund back via your original payment method, please note your financial institution may need up to 10 business day to process the funds back to your account.
Wig Construction Policy (PROVIDE YOUR OWN HAIR)
customer providing their own hair must ship hair same week to order placement to ensure processing/shipping time is not delayed after the purchase.
Processing time will start when hair is received.
Customization may vary depending on the hair and lace closure/frontal you provide. We cannot guarantee that your hair will style correctly, or your knots will bleach to the correct level. It is recommended that you purchase a wig from our collections to avoid this issue.
We accept hair that has been previously used for unit construction but the hair needs to be clean and free of any thread or glue.
Custom color

Ready to wear: 1-3 business days
Custom units: 7-14 business days
Unit maintenance: 7-10 business days
Unit Customization: 7-10 business days
Closure/ Frontal replacement: 7-14 business days
Hair accessories: 3-7 business days.

Shipping
****DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE SEEING SHIPPING DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. ****
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 2-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. For you to receive your package you have to sign for your package. In the event you are not able to sign for your package please reach out to your local USPS office to schedule a re-delivery. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
All payments are due in full.
